Don’t worry! You will NOT be charged at the time of booking CANCELLATIONS / NO-SHOWS You will receive a 48 hours & 24 hour reminder via text & email. It is understandable that unanticipated events happen, but all time is valuable. ​ I have 10 minute grace Period & All clients are responsible for canceling or rescheduling with me in order to cancel appointments in a timely manner. If appointment is canceled less than 24 hours prior to service a 50% fee will be charged No-Shows: ​ No matter the circumstances please inform via phone call / text of a last minute cancellation to avoid being marked as a “no-show" Failure to notify cancellation or rescheduling it will result in a 100% fee. If you no-show more than twice in a row, or refuse to make payments you will no longer have access to booking
